VTC60 CNC Vertical Turning Lathe Machine

The VTC60 is an automatic CNC machine tool for machining internal and external cylindrical, taper, face, grooving and chamfering of parts, which is especially suitable for the machining of automotive wheel drums, disks and other parts.
This machine tool has the following features.
1. Vertical guideway structure. Column, base and slide are made of high grade gray cast iron, the machine tool guideway adopts rectangular structure with strong rigidity; the guideway surface is plasticized. Column and slide guideways are high-frequency quenching to ensure the stability of the machine tool for long-term use.2. The machine tool spindle adopts a frequency conversion motor stepless speed, can be configured with 12kW, suitable for strong cutting: also suitable for semi-finish machining and finish machining of the parts.3. Vertical and horizontal feeding is controlled by servo motors for automatic feeding. There are guards in both directions, and the vertical direction is equipped with a counterweight structure which greatly extends the use cycle of the screw.
4. The vertical and horizontal direction ball screws are supported by special screw bearings, which greatly improves and ensures the machining accuracy of the machine tool on the parts.
5. The machine tool adopts electric lubrication pump to automatically lubricate each part in an intermittent way, which ensures the lubrication of each guideway vice and ball screw vice and prolongs the service life of each motion vice.
6. The machine tool holder adopts the shape of row of knives, which shortens the time of changing knives and greatly improves the working efficiency.
7. According to the user's requirements, the machine can be equipped with special tooling or four electric position tool holder.
