The estimated lead time for dispatch of the machine is 3-5 days. The expected delivery date will depend on the transit time of your chosen courier.
We ship to many countries. You'll find the list of countries when you input your shipping address duringcheckout, lf your country doesn't appear, contact us at info@monument.com to see if we can make specialarrangements.

The default shipping method is express couriers. If you'd like to receive a quote for a shipping upgrade later on, contact us at info@monument.com freely.
We are located in Shandong, Tengzhou China. Hence, we usually ship from our warehouse in China. Occasionally, we offer dropshipping in case the customer needs to customize the tools or the tools are out of stock in our warehouse. Still, our MFG can ship it right away from their warehouse located in the US or Canada.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-7 business days to arrive if youare located in North America. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-30 days. Deliverydetails will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx, and local courier partners, You'll be asked to select adelivery method during checkout. We may also use your shipping couriers' account to ship yourorder. The option will available during checkout

It is easy to operate the machine according the training, video and user manual, the user manual will come withthe machine together. And we provide the romote control service if you need.
Yes, you'l be responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes fees, Each country has its own import policies and fees.
Because the PC system is comfortable to handle for file import, displaying a lot of useful information, andpowerful to do the vision algorythms. The user interface is not reduced and it's easy extendable and softwareupgrades are easy to apply.
Currently we support English and chinese.
There is a separator sheet keeping North and West feeder the tapes run on different levels. Some machines have slots to guide the tape under the machine.
