Horizontal machining center TOH series
Horizontal machining centers are suitable for mass production of products with complex part shapes and high precision requirements, especially the processing of boxes and complex structural parts. They are widely used in the automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding and power generation industries for precision and efficient processing of complex parts.
1. The horizontal machining center adopts an inverted "T" structure, which is a regular reinforced horizontal machining center structure. The column is a moving column structure that slides back and forth, and the worktable slides left and right. This structure has the advantages of high precision, strong rigidity and long life. It is particularly suitable for boring and high-precision boring, and is also suitable for strong processing of end faces and curved surface processing of molds.
2. The horizontal machining body adopts an original three-dimensional variable diameter structure design. After finite element analysis, the body structure is optimized to the greatest extent, ensuring the stability and reliability of the body, and
can prevent the body from deformation, thereby increasing the service life of the machine tool.
3. The horizontal inverted "T" structure base adopts honeycomb staggered reinforcement ribs, which not only increases the overall weight of the base, but also increases the rigidity and strength of the base, making its center of gravity close to the ground as a whole, effectively preventing the vibration of the cutting force on the machine tool when the machine tool is heavy and powerful cutting. Thus, the powerful cutting and product accuracy and finish of the products processed by the machine tool are guaranteed.
4. The integrated design of the horizontal X and Z guide rails integrates all the linear guide rails of the X and Z axes into the base to ensure the stability and rigidity of the machine tool.
5. The horizontal column adopts a conical edge elimination design. The design with a small bottom width increases the stability of the machine tool and avoids the vibration of the long tool rod during processing, which affects the accuracy and finish.
6. The horizontal ball screw is a hollow constant temperature type, equipped with an air-conditioning constant temperature cooling system, which minimizes the accuracy error caused by the screw rod due to thermal deformation, thereby greatly improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
7. The horizontal fully enclosed external protection design consists of a tool magazine, a workpiece warehouse and an operation warehouse. The three compartments are designed independently and do not interfere with each other, thus ensuring the safety of the operator and the machine tool. 8. The horizontal machine adopts our original active lubrication system, and the oil pump is directly controlled by the CNC system to truly achieve on-demand oil filling, and can sense the problems caused by the machine tool oil circuit to promptly warn customers to prevent machine tool damage.
