TL5060 CNC lathe is a high-speed precision CNC lathe developed by our company. The CNC system can simultaneously control the X, and Z axis movement, equipped with a hydraulic turret can automatically complete the ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal, and some non-metallic parts of the shaft and disk parts of the internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surface, arc surface, end face, groove, all kinds of threads (metric and imperial threads, tapered threads, reducer threads, end threads), drilling, hole, boring, chamfering, and other processes of the cutting process. The precision of the machine can reach IT6~IT7 grade. As a general-purpose machine tool, it is especially suitable for automobile, motor, bearing, wave pressure, and other industries to carry out high-efficiency, large-volume, high-precision machining of rotating body parts.
The machine can adopt the GSK980T (Guangzhou CNC) CNC system, equipped with corresponding AC servo motors as drive components, constituting a semi-closed-loop CNC system with reliable control performance. The centralized machine operating panel makes the operation of the machine easy and accurate.
