When using it, the user only needs to install the workpiece, enter the length, quantity and angle to be cut, and then switch the mode to automatic mode. The equipment can automatically cut according to the predetermined program, turning corners-feeding-clamping the workpiece-sawing-retracting after sawing-turning corners-feeding again-clamping the workpiece again, and repeating this cycle until the workpiece is cut to the preset quantity.
The double-column structure can saw at any angle between 90° and -45°. The angle rotation is driven by a servo motor, which is flexible in operation and high in positioning accuracy.
The hydraulic clamp structure is adopted, and the workpiece enters the sawing position from the front of the sawing machine for sawing.

Steel brush type chip cleaning ensures that the sawdust is thoroughly cleaned, and it is equipped with an automatic chip conveyor.
The main drive adopts a worm gear reducer, which has strong power and reliable performance. After precise balance correction, it runs smoothly and reliably. The sawing mouth is narrow, material-saving and energy-saving.
Reasonable saw band pre-guide and guide device effectively extend the life of the saw band. The movable saw blade guide device and the side clamping device move together, with a stable structure and flexible movement. The transmission parts are precisely balanced and corrected to reduce vibration and steady the descending speed. This precision system can prevent abnormal damage to the saw blade and achieve ideal sawing effect.
