CK6136 series CNc horizontal lathe machine has the features of high precision, large power, high rigidity, etc. The main parts and structure all passed optimal design. So it is the best choice for turning axle, disk type, sleeve, special plate, and screw arbor workpiece. The CNC system is GSK980TDC or FANUC 0i-mate and digital AC servo system. X axis and Z axis are controlled by the semi-closed loop. Ballscrew is C3 degree with high precision. All electric parts passed CEapprove.
 The machine has a 4-position toolpost which brand is very famous in China. The toolpost has the features of high positioning accuracy, high strength, and good shock resistance. Before the machine leaves the factory have to pass strict inspection. Every machine all tests the positioning accuracy and repeatability accuracy of the X-axis and Z-axis by laser interferometer to ensure the machine’s precision and reliability.
